Automotive Service Advisor $80K-$120K+ No Weekends
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Earning Potential: $80,000 – $120,000+ annually
Pay Type: Commission (100% commission after 90-day ramp-up)
Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join a well-established Toyota/Lexus specialty repair shop in Alpharetta, GA. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday opportunity offering a structured 90-day ramp-up pay plan followed by a 100% commission compensation model with strong earning potential. You'll work alongside a skilled, professional team in a clean, modern environment that values independence, customer service, and quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guide them through the repair and maintenance process with professionalism and confidence.
- Prepare accurate repair orders and service estimates using Shop-Ware.
- Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel to maintain efficient workflow.
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly and honestly throughout the service process.
- Present maintenance and repair recommendations based on vehicle inspections and mileage.
- Maintain organized service documentation and a professional front office environment.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience focused on long-term relationships and trust.
Qualifications
- 5 or more years of professional experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer.
- Experience with Toyota and Lexus vehicles is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Shop-Ware or similar shop management software preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Compensation & Benefits
- Earning Potential: $80,000-$120,000+ annually.
- Compensation Plan: Draw plus partial commission during the first 90 days, followed by a 100% commission pay plan.
