Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: 8.5% Commission on Sales

Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join a highly respected European specialty repair facility in Gainesville, Florida. Key Responsibilities
- Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns.
- Build long-term relationships by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Present maintenance and repair recommendations with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain an average repair order between $1,800 and $2,000.
- Communicate with customers throughout the repair process, providing timely updates.
- Collaborate with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient workflow.
- Utilize Mitchell 1, AutoVitals, and Steer to support service operations and customer communication.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
- Strong customer service, communication, and phone skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to present repair recommendations effectively.
- Experience with European or luxury vehicles preferred.
- Independent repair facility experience preferred; dealership experience will also be considered.
- Professional communication and customer interaction skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation
- Commission-based pay.
- 8.5% commission on sales.
- Paid weekly.
- Expected annual earnings of $150,000-$180,000+ based on performance.
