Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join a well-established independent automotive repair facility in the Bronx, New York. This full-time opportunity offers a $1,000 weekly base salary with monthly bonus potential, a Monday-Friday schedule, and no weekend work. You'll join a relaxed, team-oriented shop with experienced technicians, modern equipment, ongoing training opportunities, and a long-standing reputation for delivering quality automotive service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily service workflow.
- Prepare repair orders and accurate service estimates.
- Present recommended repairs and maintenance while educating customers on vehicle needs.
- Communicate with technicians to provide timely updates throughout the repair process.
- Assign work to technicians and help maintain efficient shop workflow.
- Review completed repairs to help ensure quality before vehicle delivery.
- Process customer payments and complete vehicle deliveries.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience in an independent or aftermarket repair facility.
- Strong customer service and sales abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using shop management software is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are preferred but not required.

- Base salary of $1,000 per week
