Qualifications of Service Advisor/Writer

• 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer
  
• Expertise in dispatching work, selling service, and building work orders
  
• Positive and friendly attitude
  
• Customer service & customer relationship-building skills
  
• Strong organization skills, able to multitask effectively
  
• Great communication skills (in-person, phone, email) and team player able to build positive, productive working relationships with co-workers and manager
  
• Ability to recommend additional service required for customer safety and improved car performance, including strategizing on how to sequence repairs based on importance
  
• Very good computer skills
  
• Attentive listener
  
• Energetic & proactive
  
• Able to learn and adapt
  
• Attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions
