Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, actively listening to their vehicle concerns.
• Accurately diagnose and document customer issues, translating them into clear repair orders.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to understand repair needs and timelines.
• Provide customers with detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs, building trust and transparency.
• Schedule appointments and manage the workflow of the service department efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with completed repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Writer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using automotive repair software and systems.
