Automotive Service Business Development Center Representative

Job Description:

The BDC (Automotive Service Business Development Center Representative) for the dealership service department is responsible to increase overall service repair orders for the dealership by generating appointments for our service department through phone, internet and email communications.

Job Duties Include:

• Receives/manages incoming service appointment calls by scheduling appointments, confirming pending appointments, following up with missed appointments, etc.
• Coordinates customer questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
• Makes appointments for customers in the service department software system
• Handles customer complaints or escalates when necessary
• Helps follow up with phone and internet service leads
