Voss ChevroletVoss Chevrolet is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Service Cashier to join our Service Department! This position is an important part of creating a positive experience for our customers as they complete their service visit.The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable handling payments and money, and enjoys working with people. Automotive experience is helpful but not required-we're willing to train the right person! Hours worked will be afternoons to evenings, with some Saturdays.Afternoons 12 pm - evenings 6 pmSaturdays 8 am - 1 pm  What You'll DoGreet customers and provide friendly, professional serviceProcess customer payments accurately, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of paymentPrepare and present customer invoices and receiptsCollect payment for completed service and repair ordersAnswer basic customer questions regarding invoices and paymentsAssist Service Advisors and other Service Department staff as neededMaintain an organized and professional cashier areaBalance cash drawer and ensure transactions are accurately recordedHandle customer information and financial transactions with confidentialityAssist with phone calls and general administrative dutiesProvide excellent customer service throughout the customer's visitPerform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForPrevious cashier, receptionist, customer service, or dealership experience preferredExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyComfortable handling cash and processing paymentsBasic computer skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentReliable and dependableProfessional appearance and positive attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAutomotive dealership experience is a plus, but not requiredMust be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen   Apply online or in person today!Voss ChevroletService Manager: Tim Whalen100 Loop RoadCenterville OH 45459
