Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and reconciliations
Process payments while delivering an outstanding customer experience
Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Handle clerical tasks, paperwork, and filing
Support the team with additional duties as needed
Availability to work Saturdays is required
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused with a strong customer service mindset
Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
Strong accuracy in cash handling and financial transactions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Previous office experience within an automotive dealership is preferred, but not required
CDK experience is a plus
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time
