European Repair Shop | $170K+ OTE

Monday to Friday Schedule
A high-performing European automotive repair shop is seeking a Service Director / GM to lead daily operations and drive growth. This is a true leadership role with full authority — including service writing part of the time.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations, team performance, and shop workflow
- Lead service advisors and technicians to improve ARO, efficiency, and car count
- Service Advising- 20% of the time
- Drive financial performance (revenue, GP, expenses)
- Own marketing strategy and customer growth initiatives
- Ensure top-tier customer experience and accountability across the team
The Shop
- $3.5M+ annual revenue with strong growth potential
- 8 techs, 3 advisors, full support staff
- Expanded facility with unused capacity
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years automotive management experience
- Strong leadership and accountability skills
- Dealership or high-performing independent background
- European experience is a plus
