Automotive Service Director

Bell Audi is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Director to lead and oversee our Service and Parts operations.

This is a key leadership opportunity for a proven automotive professional who understands how to build high-performing teams, increase department profitability, improve operational efficiency, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively manage people, processes, and performance while working closely with dealership leadership to achieve overall business objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Service and Parts teams
  
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service Department
  
• Drive service sales, gross profit, productivity, CSI, customer retention, and overall department performance
  
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
  
• Establish and maintain department goals, processes, and performance standards
  
• Review department financials, expenses, profitability, and operational performance
  
• Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, and dealership leadership
  
• Recruit, train, coach, and hold team members accountable to performance expectations
  
• Improve technician productivity, efficiency, and workflow
  
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service retention
  
• Help maximize opportunities for maintenance and repair recommendations
  
• Maintain a strong focus on operational efficiency and profitability
  
• Partner with dealership leadership to achieve overall business and financial goals
  
• Maintain a professional, organized, and high-performing service environment
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Service Director, Fixed Operations Director, Service Manager, or similar dealership leadership role
  
• Strong understanding of automotive service department operations and profitability
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  
• Strong knowledge of service department KPIs, productivity, gross profit, CSI, and retention
  
• Proven track record of improving service department performance
  
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
  
• Import/luxury dealership experience strongly preferred
  
• Audi or European luxury automotive experience is a plus
  
• Professional leadership style with a strong focus on accountability and team development
  

Compensation & Benefits

$150,000–$200,000+ annually, based on experience, qualifications, and performance.
