In this role, you’ll be the communication hub of our service department—coordinating workflow, assigning jobs to technicians, and ensuring our customers receive fast, reliable service.

What You’ll Do

• Efficiently dispatch repair and maintenance jobs to technicians based on skill level and availability

• Maintain clear communication between service advisors and technicians

• Monitor work progress to ensure on-time completion

• Update repair orders and manage workflow in the shop management system

• Help maintain a smooth, organized, and safe shop environment

• Assist with customer updates as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in an automotive service environment (dispatching preferred)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced shop

• Basic computer skills; familiarity with shop software a plus
