Jerry Seiner Buick GMC is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Service Greeter to join our Service Department in North Salt Lake. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to get started in the automotive industry, and takes pride in creating a great customer experience.
As the first point of contact for many of our Service Department customers, you'll play an important role in making sure every customer feels welcomed and taken care of from the moment they arrive.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers as they arrive in the Service Drive
- Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Help direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor
- Assist with moving and parking customer vehicles safely
- Retrieve customer vehicles when service is complete
- Help keep the Service Drive and customer areas clean and organized
- Assist the Service Department with various customer-service tasks
- Provide a positive and professional experience for every customer
- Work as part of a team to keep the Service Department running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass required background and drug screening
- Previous automotive or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
