$125,000 $150,000+ annually

What You'll Do Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing service team while creating an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee all daily fixed operations and service department performance
- Drive sales, gross profit, technician productivity, and customer retention
- Manage shop workflow, dispatching, and repair order efficiency
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor Service Advisors and Technicians
- Improve CSI scores while minimizing comebacks
- Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Monitor technician productivity and department profitability
- Work closely with Parts and Sales departments to maximize dealership performance
- Maintain manufacturer warranty compliance and dealership operating standards
- Develop strategies to grow service traffic and increase department revenue
- Foster a positive, professional, team-oriented culture
Qualifications - Previous Automotive Service Manager experience preferred
- Infiniti or Nissan experience is a plus, but experienced managers from any franchise are encouraged to apply
- Experienced Service Advisors ready for a management opportunity are welcome to apply
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven success increasing sales, customer satisfaction, and departmental profitability
- Experience dispatching technicians and managing shop operations
- Knowledge of dealership DMS systems and manufacturer warranty procedures
- Valid driver's license
