Automotive Service Manager

What We’re Looking For:

The Service Manager role at City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is instrumental to the day to day operations.  Candidates must be a competitive, motivated, and driven professional with the ability to train, problem solve and expand the limits of the department.

Responsibilities:

• Provide World Class customer service tracked by manufacturer CSI
• Complete manufacturer training to stay certified
• Ensure proper work flow, Dispatching and scheduling execution
• R/O Management and used vehicle reconditioning
• Team management 
• Hiring 
• Training
• CTP Management

Qualifications:

• Must be open to learning and being coached
• High ethical standards and strong attention to details
• Excellent customer service, communication, and decision-making skills
• Computer proficient, a good work ethic and professional appearance
• Able to prioritize tasks and have good time management skills
• Most importantly must be a team player with a good attitude and cant be afraid to smile!

Valid driver’s license
