The Service Manager role at City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is instrumental to the day to day operations. Candidates must be a competitive, motivated, and driven professional with the ability to train, problem solve and expand the limits of the department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide World Class customer service tracked by manufacturer CSI
- Complete manufacturer training to stay certified
- Ensure proper work flow, Dispatching and scheduling execution
- R/O Management and used vehicle reconditioning
- Team management
- Hiring
- Training
- CTP Management
Qualifications:
- Must be open to learning and being coached
- High ethical standards and strong attention to details
- Excellent customer service, communication, and decision-making skills
- Computer proficient, a good work ethic and professional appearance
- Able to prioritize tasks and have good time management skills
- Most importantly must be a team player with a good attitude and cant be afraid to smile!
Valid driver’s license
