Position Overview

The Service Manager is responsible for leading all daily operations of the store, driving performance, developing team members, and ensuring every guest receives industry-leading service. This role requires a strong leader who can successfully manage both front office and shop operations while maintaining a positive culture built on accountability, integrity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage all front office and shop team members
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop high-performing employees
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork
  • Ensure an outstanding customer experience from first contact through vehicle delivery
  • Drive sales performance while maintaining trust and transparency with guests
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, profitability, and efficiency
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational processes are consistently followed
  • Work closely with technicians and advisors to maintain workflow and production goals
  • Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and high-performing facility
  • Lead by example in attitude, work ethic, and servant leadership

Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Manager, General Manager, or similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance operations
  • Proven success leading teams and improving performance
  • Experience recruiting, hiring, and retaining talent
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to understand reports, metrics, and financial performance
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus
  • Positive attitude with a desire to grow with a rapidly expanding company
