Responsibilities:
You'll spend your days overseeing the service department's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You'll lead and mentor a team of service advisors and technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
You'll manage service appointments, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers regarding their vehicle needs.
You'll implement and monitor service processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
You'll handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
You'll analyze service department performance metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Required: Proven experience in automotive service management, preferably in an import dealership setting.
Required: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
Required: Knowledge of automotive repair processes and customer service best practices.
Preferred: Experience with service department software and tools.
Preferred: ASE certification or equivalent industry credentials.
