Automotive Service Manager
The Opportunity:
Lead our service and parts team to drive revenue growth and deliver a world-class customer experience. We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on leader who can organize a team, hold staff accountable, and oversee the daily operational and financial success of our service departments.
Your Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise technicians, advisors, and assistant managers.
- Goal Setting: Establish monthly sales and revenue objectives, measure progress, and minimize technician unapplied time.
- Customer Care: Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) by resolving complaints immediately and overseeing customer follow-ups.
- Operations: Ensure accurate warranty procedures, proper dispatching, and compliant paperwork.
- Training: Ensure technicians stay up to date with OEM and ASE training.

Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE: 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Manager or Director.
- MUST HAVE: Valid FL Driver's License with a clean record.
- MUST HAVE: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Preferred (A Big Plus!):
- Ford/Lincoln brand experience
- Ignite (Reynolds and Reynolds) experience
