Top Line Car Care is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our repair shop in Wylie, Texas.

This is not an entry-level management position. We need an accomplished automotive professional who understands how a successful independent repair shop operates—from delivering world-class customer service and managing workflow to building a strong shop culture and improving financial performance.

The right person will bring mature leadership, strong business judgment, and at least 10 years of direct automotive repair industry experience.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Oversee the shop’s daily operations and overall performance
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
• Lead, support, and hold service advisors and technicians accountable
• Maintain an efficient workflow from vehicle intake through completion
• Monitor sales, productivity, profitability, and other key shop metrics
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve operating results
• Build a professional, positive, and performance-driven culture
• Address customer concerns and resolve problems professionally
• Maintain clear communication between the front counter and repair team
• Help the shop achieve continued, sustainable growth

What We’re Looking For

• At least 10 years of automotive repair industry experience
• Previous automotive service manager, shop manager, or general manager experience
• Direct experience working inside an automotive repair facility
• Strong understanding of shop operations and financial performance
• Ability to interpret and manage key performance indicators
• Proven experience leading service advisors and automotive technicians
• Excellent customer-service and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong workflow, organizational, and communication abilities
• Professional judgment, accountability, and emotional maturity
• A track record of improving sales, productivity, culture, or profitability

Candidates whose management experience comes primarily from outside the automotive repair industry will not be the right fit for this role.

Compensation

• Starting salary: $65,000 annually
• 3% performance-based manager bonus
• Final compensation will be based on experience, leadership ability, and demonstrated automotive management results
