    What You’ll Do:

    • On-Site Service: Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, brake service) and light repairs at customer locations.
    • Advanced Diagnostics: Use Ford-specific diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
    • Recall & Software Support: Execute manufacturer recalls and perform critical vehicle software updates remotely.
    • Customer Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, explaining services clearly and building trust with every visit.
    • Van Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked mobile service unit.

    What You Bring:

    • Experience: 2+ years of automotive technician experience (Ford or Lincoln experience is a major plus).
    • Credentials: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. ASE certifications (A1–A9) or Ford STST credentials are highly preferred.
    • Skills: Strong diagnostic abilities, technical proficiency with tablets/handheld tools, and excellent communication skills.
    • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50–100 lbs
    • Mindset: A self-motivated "start-up" mentality with a passion for providing world-class customer service.
