Automotive Service Porter

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Automotive Service Porter to assist our service team with vehicle movement, customer interactions, and maintaining a clean and organized service area. If you enjoy working around cars and providing top-notch customer service, this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the service department with professionalism and courtesy.
Move vehicles to and from service bays, parking areas, and dealership lots as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness of service areas, parking lots, and customer waiting areas.
Ensure vehicles are properly parked and organized for efficient service operations.
Assist service advisors and technicians by retrieving vehicles for customers.
Perform light cleaning of customer vehicles, such as vacuuming and exterior washes (if applicable).
Conduct vehicle inspections to check for any pre-existing damage.
Maintain a safe and orderly work environment by following dealership safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role or a passion for the automotive industry is a plus.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions as needed.
Benefits:
An hourly rate of $15.50 to $17.00 per hour.
