We are seeking an Automotive Service Scheduler.
The work schedule is Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch. Overtime pay for anything over 40 hours.
Responsibilities:
*Handling inbound calls and emails in a timely manner to set service appoints
*Provides support to advisors and service management
*Using Ford’s new RedCap app to communicate with service customers

*Previous experience in customer service
*Must be energetic
*Possess excellent phone & email communication skills
*Able to use a smart phone
*Have organizing & documenting skills
