Join Colonial Ford Truck Sales as a Service Support Staff team member and help deliver an outstanding service experience. You’ll support the day-to-day operations of our service department and helping ensure the department runs smoothly.

Supporting service technicians through daily tasks
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency under the supervision of a Master Technician
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications under the supervision of a Master Technician
High school diploma or equivalent automotive technical degree/certification
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer knowledge and clerical experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
Availability to work during regular dealership business hours
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 hourly wage or more, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, daytime hours; Monday–Friday
