What You’ll Do

Responsibilities will vary based on your experience and skill level and may include:

• Perform routine maintenance and vehicle inspections
• Diagnose and repair automotive systems
• Complete brake, suspension, steering, electrical, HVAC, engine, transmission, and other repairs based on experience
• Use diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment
• Test-drive vehicles and verify completed repairs
• Perform work efficiently and accurately according to repair orders
• Communicate vehicle needs and recommended repairs with Service Advisors
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer procedures when applicable
• Accurately document completed repairs and services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Participate in ongoing technical and manufacturer training

What We’re Looking For

We’re interested in technicians at multiple stages of their automotive careers, including:

• Entry-level and developing automotive technicians
• General service technicians
• Experienced automotive service technicians
• Diagnostic technicians
• ASE-certified technicians
• Dealership and manufacturer-trained technicians

Previous professional automotive experience is preferred for advanced technician positions but is not required for every level.

Additional qualifications include:

• Interest in developing a long-term career in automotive service
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• ASE certifications are a plus, with certification support available
• PA State Inspection and Emissions licenses are a plus, with assistance available for technicians working toward certification
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen
