Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues (electrical, drivability, engine, transmission)
- Perform advanced troubleshooting using Hyundai diagnostic systems
- Accurately identify root cause and complete repairs right the first time
- Document diagnostics and repairs clearly on repair orders
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and management
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Master Technician or A-Level Diagnostic Technician
- Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills (required)
- Experience with scan tools and diagnostic software
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume shop
Preferred
- Hyundai Master or Master Certification
- ASE Certifications
