Automotive Service Technician

Our Chapman BMW Chandler location in Chandler, AZ is currently seeking an Automotive Service Technician who will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work on BMW vehicles with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will work in a high-volume, state-of-the-art service department with a consistent workflow and strong support from advisors and leadership. This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician looking to maximize earnings and grow within a premium automotive brand environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, inspect, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C
- Perform accurate and detailed vehicle inspections and document all findings
- Communicate recommended repairs and timelines clearly to Service Advisors
- Complete all repair orders according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Perform warranty repairs in compliance with BMW and manufacturer requirements
- Maintain high productivity while ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Keep work areas organized and adhere to shop safety procedures
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of automotive maintenance and repair experience required
- Must have your own tools
- BMW certification strongly preferred
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude
- Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
