Job Description

 Ancira Partners Chevrolet GMC Cuero is hiring an Automotive Technician to join our growing Service Department. This role is ideal for a motivated technician who is quality-minded, coachable, and eager to build a long-term career in automotive service.

You will receive hands-on mentorship and 100% PAID factory training to help you grow your skills and earning potential.

Compensation

Training & Development

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repairs as outlined on repair orders
  • Assist with diagnostics and inspections
  • Learn and follow dealership and manufacturer repair standards
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and team members
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year automotive or lube technician experience preferred
  • Technical school training preferred
  • Must have own basic tools
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Subject to background check, MVR, and drug testing
