    Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Automotive Service Technician who can handle maintenance, general repair work, diagnostics, and inspections with accuracy and professionalism. You’ll work in a fast paced shop with strong workflow and a team that communicates well. If you’re dependable, detail oriented, and confident turning wrenches without constant supervision, you’ll be a strong fit.

    Job Type and ScheduleFull time

    Work Requirements • Work Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Saturdays as needed• Ability to Commute: East Greenwich, RI required• Work Location: In person

    Responsibilities • Perform maintenance services including brakes, fluid services, suspension work, alignments, and general repairs• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns accurately• Complete multi point inspections with proper documentation• Work with Service Advisors to communicate repair needs, timelines, and recommendations• Use OEM diagnostic tools and follow Ford repair procedures• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to all safety guidelines• Test drive vehicles to verify concerns and confirm completed repairs• Support workflow by assisting teammates when needed• Deliver repair work that meets dealership and Ford quality standards

    Qualifications • 2 plus years of hands on automotive technician experience preferred• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems• Ability to diagnose issues without unnecessary guesswork• Strong communication skills and reliable work habits• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record• Ford experience or certifications are a plus, not required• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and handle the physical demands of the job• Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage workload efficiently
