What You'll Do
- Perform routine and intermediate maintenance and repair services on Ford vehicles to manufacturer specifications
- Carry out oil changes, brake services, tire rotations, fluid replacements, and other general repairs
- Assist with diagnostics using Ford service tools and equipment under the guidance of senior technicians
- Provide accurate repair documentation for each service completed
- Communicate service findings clearly to advisors to keep customers informed
- Build technical knowledge through Ford training programs and on-the-job experience
- Stay familiar with Ford technical service bulletins and shop procedures
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Work collaboratively with the service team to keep the shop running efficiently
What We're Looking For
- B-level technician experience or equivalent hands-on mechanical background
- 1 to 3 years of automotive service experience preferred
- Familiarity with general vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, fluids, and basic electrical
- Ability to use shop tools and basic diagnostic equipment
- Ford or dealership experience a plus
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and pursue additional certifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout a shift
- High school diploma or equivalent
