$35.00 – $55.00 per hour.
Pay rate is commensurate with Ford/ASE certifications, technical expertise, and production history.
Active Driver's License with a clean driving record is required.
Ability to commute to Metairie, LA.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Ownership of a professional, comprehensive set of tools.
Previous dealership or high-volume shop experience required.
Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability issues.
Execute manufacturer recalls and warranty repairs to exacting Ford factory standards.
Perform high-quality multi-point safety inspections and maintenance services.
Provide clear, accurate, and professional documentation for all work performed.
Maintain "Fixed Right First Time" standards to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
Utilize the latest diagnostic equipment (IDS/FDRS) in our state-of-the-art facility.
Stay current on all Ford factory training and new model year certifications.
3+ years of professional experience as an Automotive Technician.
Strong diagnostic and analytical skills with a focus on precision.
Self-motivated with a track record of high productivity.
Team-player attitude with a commitment to shop safety.
Ford or ASE certifications are highly preferred.
