Description: Used Car Technician | Automotive Reconditioning Technician | Auto Repair Technician | ASE Technician CMA is seeking an experienced Used Vehicle Reconditioning Technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair pre-owned vehicles before they are placed on the dealership lot. This role is ideal for an automotive technician with dealership experience who enjoys a variety of mechanical repairs and takes pride in delivering retail-ready vehicles. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and maintenance-related concerns. Perform repairs and maintenance needed to prepare vehicles for retail sale. Work closely with Service and Sales teams to identify quality inventory opportunities. Maintain accurate repair documentation and inspection records. Ensure vehicles meet dealership quality and safety standards before delivery. What We're Looking For 5 years of automotive repair experience preferred. Automotive dealership experience preferred. Trade school training in Automotive Technology preferred. ASE Certifications are a plus. Virginia State Inspection License is a plus. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
