Automotive Service Technician

Our Westbrook Honda store is seeking full-time Service Technicians to join our team. Conveniently located just off Exit 65 on RTE 95. We are hiring all skill levels from Quick Lube to Master Technician.   The Service Technicians are responsible for identifying and repairing malfunctions and issues in vehicles in a timely and accurate manner. Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Technician works closely with customers to answer inquiries and resolve technical issues.

Air Conditioned Service Department

Responsibilities:

• Listen to customer concerns and offer technical advice
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions in engines, transmissions, brakes, exhaust systems, and other components of various types of vehicles
• Maintain current fundamental knowledge of vehicles and related issues
• Keep records and documentations of vehicle repairs
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

Requirements:

• Ability to read and comprehend service and repair information quickly
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers
• Knowledge of all technical tools and equipment
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
