Pay & Schedule
- Flat Rate: $22 – $40/hr (based on experience)
- Consistent workflow = consistent paycheck
- Monday–Friday 8–5
- Rotating Saturdays (8–4)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles and used inventory
- Handle maintenance, repairs, and inspections efficiently
- Work alongside advisors to properly identify and complete needed work
- Focus on Fix It Right the First Time
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive technician experience (any level welcome)
- Strong work ethic — someone who wants to turn hours and make money
- Toyota or ASE certifications are a plus, not required
- Team player who takes pride in their work
