A-Level Diagnostic Technician
Built for Experienced Diagnostic Professionals
If you can diagnose complex issues, you should be paid for that expertise. Our A-Level Technician compensation plan rewards advanced diagnostic ability, electrical troubleshooting, driveability repairs, and complex system repairs.
Compensation & Benefits
- $30-$38 per hour base pay

Preferred Qualifications
- 4-8 years of technician experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic confidence across multiple vehicle systems
- Ability to diagnose driveability concerns, electrical faults, and intermittent issues
- Ability to perform complex repairs efficiently and accurately
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
B-Level General Repair Technician
For Skilled Repair Technicians Looking to Grow
Our B-Level Technicians perform repairs, maintenance, and basic diagnostics while earning hourly pay plus performance incentives in a supportive environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- $26-$32 per hour, depending on experience

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of technician experience preferred
- Experience with diagnostics, electrical systems, and engine repair
- Strong repair and maintenance skills

- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Qualifications for Both Positions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with customers and dealership personnel
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing, background check, and drug screening (marijuana is not included in our pre-employment screening process)
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

- Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and use of tools and equipment
- Frequently lift and/or move 75-100 pounds; regularly lift up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally lift more than 100 pounds
- Work regularly around moving mechanical parts, chemicals, fumes, vibration, and shop equipment
- Fast-paced automotive service environment
- Typical work week of 45-50 hours
- Noise level is frequently loud
