Automotive Service Valet

Our Chapman BMW on Camelback team in Phoenix is currently seeking an Automotive Service Valet to join our service department. This entry-level role plays an important part in maintaining the flow and organization of customer vehicles, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive service experience. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the automotive industry with growth potential and hands-on exposure to dealership operations.
Responsibilities
- Move and park customer vehicles throughout service lanes, stalls, and dealership parking areas
- Assist with vehicle flow as service tickets are generated
- Maintain basic vehicle readiness (fuel, fluids, tire pressure checks as needed)
- Provide courtesy washes and general vehicle presentation support when requested
- Maintain organization and inventory of service supplies such as: key tags, floor mats, and seat covers
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Positive team-oriented mindset and willingness to support dealership operations
- Ability to follow directions, take initiative, and complete tasks efficiently
- Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus
- Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
