SERVICE ADVISOR / SERVICE WRITER RESPONSIBILITIES

- Greet customers and assist with service needs
- Write repair orders and document customer concerns
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on technician findings

- Experience as a service advisor, service writer, or automotive service consultant
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
