What You'll Do


As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for creating an outstanding service experience while helping our technicians stay productive.


Your responsibilities include:

• Greet customers professionally in person and over the phone
  
  
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
  
  
• Build estimates and recommend necessary repairs
  
  
• Present repair recommendations with confidence and integrity
  
  
• Schedule appointments and manage shop workflow
  
  
• Communicate repair status and timelines throughout the repair process
  
  
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair planning
  
  
• Order parts when necessary
  
  
• Close repair orders and collect payment
  
  
• Follow up with customers after repairs
  
  
• Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business
  
  
• Maintain accurate records using our shop management software
  
  
• Help the team achieve weekly and monthly sales goals
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Automotive service advisor or service writer experience preferred
  
  
• Strong sales and communication skills

• Comfortable using computers and shop management software
