Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and conduct thorough vehicle write-ups to accurately document service needs and concerns
• Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and timelines clearly to customers
• Coordinate workflow between customers and service technicians to ensure efficient shop operations
• Upsell and recommend additional services based on vehicle inspections and maintenance schedules
• Follow up with customers on repair status, approvals, and vehicle readiness
• Process repair orders, invoices, and payments accurately using shop management software
• Build lasting customer relationships to drive retention and referrals

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a service advisor, service writer, or automotive consultant required
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, parts, and maintenance services
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume shop environment
• Experience with shop management software (e.g., Mitchell1, Shop-Ware, or similar)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional, trustworthy, and team-oriented attitude
