Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Writer, with exceptional sales knowledge to join our team. In this role, you will assess customers concerns and determine vehicle needs. Your responsibilities will include performing physical inspections, documenting damage, and reviewing repair estimates. The ideal candidate is methodical and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior automotive and sales experience required. 

Responsibilities 

• Perform physical inspections of all  vehicles
• Determine the extent of repairs needed
• Document repairs needed and review repair shop estimate
• Prioritize repair needs 

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive service writer
• Excellent written communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
