Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive technician or shop foreman/dispatcher in an automotive service environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage daily shop activities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with staff and customers.
• Knowledge of automotive repair procedures, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
