Base Salary: $108,000
Target Earnings: Up to $120,000
Pay Plan: Base Salary + Gross Profit + Efficiency

We Are Hiring

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Shop Manager / A-Level Technician to lead a high-performing automotive repair shop in Gallup, NM.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced A-Level Technician who enjoys advanced diagnostics, mentoring technicians, and improving shop performance. You'll work in a modern facility with new equipment while helping lead the growth of a rapidly expanding automotive group.

What You'll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs (approximately 30% of the role)
• Lead daily shop operations and technician productivity
• Coach and mentor technicians
• Write repair estimates
• Order parts
• Improve shop processes and workflow
• Build a positive, high-performance team culture

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years of experience as an A-Level, Master, or Diagnostic Automotive Technician
• 5+ years of automotive management experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop technicians
• Experience balancing hands-on repairs with shop leadership
• Diesel experience is a plus but advanced diesel repairs are not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $108,000
• Target Earnings: Up to $120,000
