Tuffy Tire & Auto in Grand Rapids, MI is looking for a driven and experienced Automotive Store Manager to lead our team and keep our shop running at peak performance. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of automotive technicians and service advisors
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding revenue and profitability goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns
  • Manage inventory, parts ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, shop policies, and industry regulations
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve store efficiency
Requirements:
  • Previous automotive store management or service management experience required
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair, tires, and general maintenance services
  • Proven ability to lead a team and foster a positive, productive work environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with automotive shop management software and point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to meet sales goals and manage budgets effectively
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation: $104,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
