Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of automotive technicians and service advisors
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding revenue and profitability goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns
- Manage inventory, parts ordering, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, shop policies, and industry regulations
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve store efficiency
Requirements:
- Previous automotive store management or service management experience required
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair, tires, and general maintenance services
- Proven ability to lead a team and foster a positive, productive work environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with automotive shop management software and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to meet sales goals and manage budgets effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
