Are you ready to take the next big step in your automotive industry career? Our high-volume automotive dealership is seeking a full-time Automotive General Manager to oversee and motivate our talented team of professionals.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a track record of successful management positions with at least three years of experience and a strong desire to succeed with integrity. Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations • Remedy customer complaints promptly and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met • Train Assistant managers and Automotive technicians in repairs and daily operations • Assist with the creation of affordable advertising campaigns and programs to increase sales and brand visibility • Attend manager meetings and establish good working relationships with owners, managers, and other staff • Implement growth strategies that align with Meinekes objectives by carefully assessing profit and loss while maintaining vehicle repairs that meet the needs of our customers • Learn and uphold all local, state, and federal regulations impacting the shop
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED equivalent is needed • Five or more years of experience in automotive diagnostic and repair • Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends • Possess a state-issued valid drivers license • Strong communication skills and a track record of leadership

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
