The Opportunity:

We are searching for an experienced Automotive Store Manager to lead our shop and strong team of Technicians. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store while ensuring exceptional customer service. You will manage a team of skilled technicians, maintain quality controls, and implement strategic sales initiatives to continue to improve store performance. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages employee engagement and customer loyalty.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
  • Lead, train, and motivate your team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations while maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to create actionable strategies for continuous improvement.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years Proven management experience within the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Certification in automotive service technology or sales.
  • Previous experience working with performance metrics and achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
  • Experience in employee training and development initiatives.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and social media for sales outreach.
