Automotive Systems Training Facilitator

Role mission
Enable students to master Automotive Technology through immersive, hands-on instruction using Lincoln Tech’s accredited curriculum—delivered in a modern, climate-controlled training environment.
Core responsibilities
- Conduct interactive labs and demonstrations on real vehicles.
- Facilitate the accredited course sequence and align lessons to career outcomes.
- Reinforce professionalism, punctuality, and accountability.
- Evaluate performance, communicate progress, and tailor support.
- Model and enforce stringent safety and compliance practices.
- Coach toward job readiness and ASE exam preparedness.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Automotive Technician experience.
- Former or current ASE certifications, including G1 and A6 (required).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Clear communicator; comfortable with instructional technology.
- Prior teaching/training experience is beneficial.
