Automotive Systems Training Facilitator

Mentor the next generation of technicians in a program built on 75+ years of results. You’ll transform your shop experience into powerful learning moments, champion safety and compliance, and help students earn industry credibility—starting with ASE.

Role mission

Enable students to master Automotive Technology through immersive, hands-on instruction using Lincoln Tech’s accredited curriculum—delivered in a modern, climate-controlled training environment.

Core responsibilities

  • Conduct interactive labs and demonstrations on real vehicles.
  • Facilitate the accredited course sequence and align lessons to career outcomes.
  • Reinforce professionalism, punctuality, and accountability.
  • Evaluate performance, communicate progress, and tailor support.
  • Model and enforce stringent safety and compliance practices.
  • Coach toward job readiness and ASE exam preparedness.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Automotive Technician experience.
  • Former or current ASE certifications, including G1 and A6 (required).
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Clear communicator; comfortable with instructional technology.
  • Prior teaching/training experience is beneficial.
