What You'll Do
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Repair drivability and electrical concerns
- Complete engine, suspension, steering, brake and A/C repairs
- Perform maintenance services
- Inspect vehicles and recommend needed repairs
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Assist and mentor less experienced technicians
- Opportunity to grow into a Shop Foreman leadership position
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience (B-Level)
- 5+ years preferred for advanced A-Level candidates
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Experience with electrical and drivability repairs
- Ability to work on Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
- Own professional tools
- Valid driver's license
- ASE Certifications preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Compensation
A-Level Technician
- $75,000–$120,000+ annually
Performance Pay
- Guaranteed $17/hour base
- Performance-based flat rate after guarantee
- Flat-rate earnings of approximately $38–$50 per flagged hour based on experience and productivity
Expected production:
- 30–40+ billed hours weekly
