Job Summary We are looking for an Automotive Technician to join our successful Independent Repair Facility. ASE Certifications are preferred.
As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles. You must be comfortable using the Shop management computer software for Digital Vehicle Inspections and have extensive knowledge of vehicle systems.

Responsibilities
Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes and driveability symptoms.
Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire replacements, rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements, filters, belts, hoses etc.
Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections and repairs of all systems, including engine, transmission, HVAC, suspension and brakes
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers/ service advisors in a clear and concise manner
Perform Digital Inspections utilizing words, video, and/or pictures to validate recommended maintenance and repairs related to client's concerns.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required
Must have Valid Driver's License.
Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification is preferred
