Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician for a family-owned repair shop in Broomfield, CO. This A- or B-Level opportunity offers $35-$60 per flagged hour based on experience with a Monday-Friday schedule. The shop provides ongoing paid training, a collaborative team environment, and relocation assistance for the right candidate, including toolbox relocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned automotive repairs efficiently and consistently

• Perform automotive diagnostic work based on experience and skill level

• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) as part of the shop workflow

• Maintain consistent productivity while supporting quality work

• Collaborate effectively with technicians and other team members

• Contribute to a professional, positive, team-first shop environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience

• A- or B-Level automotive repair experience

• Ability to consistently produce in a professional repair shop environment

• Some automotive diagnostic experience

• Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience

• Automotive education is a plus

• Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team
