Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician for a family-owned repair shop in Broomfield, CO. This A- or B-Level opportunity offers $40-$65 per flagged hour based on experience with a Monday-Friday schedule. The shop provides ongoing paid training, a collaborative team environment, and relocation assistance for the right candidate, including toolbox relocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned automotive repairs efficiently and consistently
• Perform automotive diagnostic work based on experience and skill level
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) as part of the shop workflow
• Maintain consistent productivity while supporting quality work
• Collaborate effectively with technicians and other team members
• Contribute to a professional, positive, team-first shop environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience
• A- or B-Level automotive repair experience
• Ability to consistently produce in a professional repair shop environment
• Some automotive diagnostic experience
• Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience
• Automotive education is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team
